Legion Design was founded in 1981 to provide comprehensive design services in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management and Inspection. Legion Design has a professional staff of approximately 40 individuals working together in our offices in Washington, D.C., Virginia, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. The Legion Design team has built an impressive reputation by utilizing our skilled staff on bridges, highways, highway related structures, parking facilities, transit, urban/rural streets, utility relocation and stormwater drainage design.
