Having
provided consulting services since 1981, our design teams
continue to prove their ability to design rural and urban
highways, high occupancy vehicle (HOV) facilities, interstate
highways and complex interchanges. LD/CA has supplied services
such as: right of way plans and traffic maintenance during
construction for complex interchanges. We also design storm
drainage systems and storm water management systems for water
quantity and quality control and erosion control.
